Homemade gluten-free Vegan Gnocchi with jackfruit tomato sauce. Vegan gnocchi is one of my absolute favourite things to make during the weekend. It’s very easy and quick to make, with only two ingredients, potato and gluten-free flour, which means it’s totally vegan!
